After five years in development, our portfolio company, Gunzilla Games, has officially launched Off The Grid (OTG), a highly anticipated battle royale third-person shooter. Now available in early access, the game is poised to revolutionize the gaming industry, blending traditional gameplay with cutting-edge web3 technology.
A Groundbreaking Web3 Gaming Milestone
Off The Grid sets itself apart as the first web3 game to debut on consoles, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of gaming. The game runs on Gunzilla Games' proprietary Avalanche-based GUNZ blockchain, enabling the seamless integration of web3 elements. In addition to the cinematic trailer, Gunzilla also launched the official game soundtrack, composed by Lorne Balfe, a critically acclaimed composer known for his work on titles like Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, Crysis 2, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
