Gunzilla Games Secures $30M to Propel Off The Grid game and blockchain gaming innovation

Gunzilla Games, a cutting-edge AAA game development studio, has recently made headlines with the announcement of a successful $30 million funding round. This latest round, which occurred in March 2024, was co-led by CoinFund and Avalanche's Blizzard Fund, with participation from Republic Capital and Morningstar Ventures. This funding will further support the development and launch of their highly anticipated game, Off The Grid (OTG), as well as the expansion of their blockchain-based platform, GUNZ, which enables in-game asset trading as NFTs.

The company was co-founded by Vlad Korolov, who serves as the CEO, and Alexander Zoll, both of whom bring extensive experience in the gaming and tech industries. Gunzilla Games has previously raised $46 million in 2022, bringing their total funding to over $76 million to date.

Gunzilla is poised to make a significant impact in the gaming industry with OTG, a cyberpunk-inspired battle royale game that integrates a decentralized, player-driven economy.
